Info for Inner Self

In We Fall are a compelling alternative metal band from Vila Real, Portugal, and their new album Inner Self, is a combination of startling lyrical metaphors and striking rock music that challenges the heart and kick-starts the soul. This is a concept record and the songs are magnificent fireworks displays bursting with stories that speak to the horrors of war, the shock of betrayal, the risk of blind trust, and the tragedy of putting our fists against the world. Altogether, the band shows us how much we are one, learning together how to feel, how to fall, and how we can finally rise.

This record is hypnotizing, mesmerizing, galvanizing groove-music with a sharp edge that immediately engages listeners with a vibe we might compare to Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge or Sevendust. Initially, we are drawn in with a highly polished, heavy guitar sound, featuring the “holy trinity” of stylistic appeal in the form of expert finger picking, creative chord work, and exotic lead solos. Moreso; however, we admire the collective success the band offers us as far as extraordinary changes and zestful kinetics. These songs are not linear nor predictable, as the musicians are incredibly deft in the use of dynamics, building each riff, verse, chorus, and solo to a satisfying climax and gratifying conclusion.

Inner Self by In We Fall has something for everyone, like a magical prism exploding with colors. Some of the song-introductions are flavored with grunge, just as many of the verse-riffs have heavy metal backbone. Often, the vocals possess an alternate flair that other times weave satisfying harmonies that remind us of the best album-oriented rock of the ages. The drums are complex, tight, and surprising, delivered in clever mixed meter and also a straight four/four that makes us want to stand up, stamp down, clap our hands over our heads, and shout at the moon. And for the utmost in blissful diversity, the platform lead guitar solos provide to us an electrifying smorgasbord including profound melodies, soaring runs, heart-breaking bends, and blistering sweeps, giving beginners a mission and the most dexterous shred-wizards – beautiful nightmares.

In We Fall
Hailing from Andover UK, Tonight We Fall are one of the best young, rising metalcore acts in the UK. Combining a variety of influences from the genre such as Parkway Drive and Asking Alexandria however the band are truly taking the genre to a new level by putting their own twist on everything and really creating a unique, unmatchable sound which can be instantly recognised.

The bands average age is only 17/18 and they have already played with some of the biggest names in UK from the best rising bands like Our Hollow Our Home and Carcer City to some of the most established acts on the UK scene including The Blackout and Kids In Glass Houses. And have a large following across the south of England.

The band are set to take on 2016 with full force with a lot of substantial things planned which is lining up 2016 to be an amazing year for the band.

But all things said and done Tonight We Fall are here and their mission is to change the face of Metal forever.
