Info for Yom

Yōm is the brand new album and a musical highlight of the Or Bareket Quartet. Interweaving different worlds, Bareket creates original compositions and plays highly personal and surprising bass lines. More energetic, engaging and sharp than ever, his band integrates spaces between languages and cultures into a coherent sound. The result is a rich, dynamic sound palette full of light, warmth and colour.

"Music of rhythmic sophistication and lyrical depth [...] brimming with springy energies and smart details." (Nate Chinen, WBGO)
