Die Kombination aus Rock, Jazz und Soul erlebte einen letzten Höhenflug bevor Sänger Peter Cetera die Band verließ. Kritiker mögen Chicago nie besonders geschätzt haben doch mehr als sechs Millionen Verkäufe nur dieses Albums sprechen eine deutliche Sprache. Enthält die Hits You're the Inspiration, Stay the Night, Hard Habit to Break, und Along Comes A Woman.
Das ursprünglich Album erhielt den Grammy für die beste Toningenieursleistung und das ist auch heute noch problemlos nachzuvollziehen.
