AVA.`s debut feature: founder and mastermind Damiano von Erckert`s first solo album. Perfect for the ELM set or more loungey EDM vibes, Damiano von Eckert's album "LOVE BASED MUSIC." is a pure mirror of AVA, a house and techno label run out of Cologne, Germany.

Featuring guest vocals, instrumentation and co-productions from a cast including Stones Throw artist Georgia Anne Muldrow, Tito Wun aka Twit One, Funkycan and Imam Ally-Salaam - plus a bonus remix courtesy of Motor City Drum Ensemble - the album weaves together house, hip hop, soul, disco and poetry.

Born at the end of the 80s in Germany, Damiano von Erckert grew up to the sound of labels such as Strictly Rhythm, West End Records and Nite Grooves thanks of his father, who himself was a house DJ. This childhood influence informs Damiano's own sets, which frequently blend classic house, techno, disco, soul and funk. He founded AVA. in 2011 as a label & collective of similarly-minded artists from Cologne's house music scene, bringing artists such as Christopher Rau, Lowtec, Murat Tepeli, Andy Vaz, Funkycan and Ugly Drums together to provide a platform for joint projects and new ideas.
